Testimonials

Families often come to us feeling overwhelmed. What they tell us later is that the biggest change is peace of mind. Most families say the same thing after moving in. They wish they had done it sooner.

Moving my mom here was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make. I carried a lot of guilt at first. But within the first week, I could tell we made the right choice. The staff knew her name, her routines, even how she likes her coffee. It does not feel like a facility. It feels like a home. I can finally sleep at night knowing she is safe and truly cared for.

I took care of my wife for years and I reached a point where I was completely exhausted. I did not want to let go, but I knew I could not do it alone anymore. The team here treated both of us with so much respect during the transition. Now when I visit, I get to just be her husband again instead of her caregiver. That means everything to me.

My husband has memory issues and I was terrified about placing him somewhere. What stood out to me right away was how calm and patient everyone is. No one rushes the residents. They take their time and really try to understand what each person needs. I have visited at different times of the day, even late evenings, and the care is always consistent. That gave me a lot of peace.

I was not sure I wanted to move here, but it has been better than I expected. The people are kind and the food is actually really good. I like that it is smaller because you get to know everyone. It feels more like living in a house than being in a big building.

I have worked in bigger places before and this is completely different. Here, we actually have time for the residents. We are not constantly rushing and trying to keep up. We can sit, talk, and take care of people the way they should be cared for. That is why I stay.

As a physician who sees patients in different settings, I can say the difference here is the level of attention. Smaller homes allow for closer monitoring and quicker response when something changes. The communication with staff is clear and consistent, which really does make a difference in outcomes.

They are committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who becomes a part of our community.  What makes this place special is the culture. We expect a lot from our team, but we also support them so they can give that level of care. Families trust us with their loved ones, and we take that seriously every single day.

When I refer someone here, I feel confident they will be taken care of. The smaller setting makes transitions easier and placements quicker. Families often reach back out to thank us, which tells you everything you need to know.

I live out of town, so I depend on the staff to keep me updated. They have been great about communicating and letting me know if anything changes. It is a relief knowing my dad is in good hands even when I cannot be there.

The staff checks on me often and I do not feel forgotten. If I need help, someone comes pretty quickly. I enjoy the meals and sitting with the others during the day. It is comfortable here and I feel safe.

I have been in a few places before this, and this one felt different right away. It smells clean when you walk in, not like some of the other places I have been. People are out in the living room talking and laughing instead of staying in their rooms all day. I like sitting with everyone and watching the Packers games. It feels more like a home.

The first thing I noticed was how nice everything looks. It feels updated and comfortable, not old or worn down. The staff comes around often and checks in without making it feel like a big deal. We celebrate birthdays and holidays together, which makes it feel special. I enjoy being here.

I like that people actually talk to each other here. We sit in the common area, watch TV, talk about the town, and share stories. The staff joins in too, which I like. It is not quiet and lonely like other places can be. It feels alive. The hairdresser comes here to our salon in the house and I love that.

I was honestly nervous visiting my grandma because I have been in facilities before that felt depressing. This was completely different. It smelled clean, the space looked nice, and there were people gathered in the living room laughing and watching TV. The staff was so sweet with the residents. You can tell they really care. It made me feel so much better about where she is.

I visit many facilities, and this one stands out immediately. It is clean, well maintained, and does not have the odor that is unfortunately common in some settings. Residents are up, engaged, and interacting in shared spaces, which is a great sign. Staff are attentive and approachable, and communication is smooth.

Every time I walk in, it feels warm and welcoming. It smells clean, the place looks updated, and there is always something going on. I see residents sitting together, talking, watching TV, not just isolated in their rooms. The staff is incredibly kind and patient. It gives me peace of mind.

One thing that really stood out to me is how often the owners are around. They are involved, they talk to families, and they clearly care about the place. You can see the improvements that have been made. It feels like they are investing in the home and the people in it.

I have worked in a lot of care homes, and this one is clearly being taken care of. The updates and improvements are noticeable. It is clean, organized, and well run. You can tell the new owners are involved and want things done right. When my grandma needs a home, this is where she is coming all the way from Green Bay.

We deliver here regularly, and it is always a good experience. They always ask if I want coffee for the road. The place is clean, it smells fresh, and the staff is friendly and organized. You do not always see that everywhere. Residents are usually out in the common areas, which says a lot about the environment.

I have been in and out doing work, and I can tell you this place is different. It is kept up well, and they are constantly making improvements. It does not have that typical lazy team and dim lighting, it's always full of light and happy residents, just like a home should be. It feels more like a home. The staff is respectful.

I enjoy spending time here because it is not quiet or empty. There is always something happening. Residents are in the living room talking, watching games, or just enjoying each other’s company. The staff is great with them, very patient and kind. It feels like a real community. I came to fulfill my community hours but I might come back for a job.
